Complete Rebuilt in (1988) Baldwin 5' 8" Grand Piano with matching bench. Piano was owned by a family in suburban Elmhurst, IL. In 1988 they has the piano restored. Original soundboard in perfect condition(No cracks) New pin block, New piano wire, rebuilt and professionally regulated action. The furniture case is in B+ condition with some very small scatches but there is no fading/cracking. Some people say pianos can get better with age and this exactly the case.
